By completing a reservation at Villa Doba, guests agree to the following terms:

The booking is personal and non-transferable

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay

Any damage, excessive cleaning or missing items may be deducted from the security deposit

Cancellation and refund conditions apply as selected at the time of booking

The property may be inspected after departure

The owner or property manager reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay if house rules or terms are violated.
