Villa Doba is a family place, created with care by Koen, Daan & Bo. What started as a shared family project became a calm and welcoming retreat for guests who value privacy, nature, and simplicity.

How It All Started

We chose Istria for its beauty, diversity, and authentic atmosphere. The region offers peaceful countryside, charming villages, and easy access to both nature and the coast.
The villa itself is centrally located, making it the perfect base to explore everything Istria has to offer.

Koen and his father put their hearts into renovating the property, working carefully on every detail to turn it into a place that feels comfortable, private, and welcoming. The focus was never on luxury alone, but on creating a space where guests can truly relax and feel at home.
