Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both our guests and our planning, the following cancellation policy applies:

Standard Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
  → You receive a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
  → 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or no-show
  → 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Early Departure

• In case of early departure, the full reservation amount remains payable.

Force Majeure



In the event of force majeure (such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances), we will review the situation individually and aim for a fair solution, such as rebooking to a later date where possible.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or booking platform message) and are only valid once confirmed by us.
